Haryana State AIDS Control Society intends to fill various posts on contractual basis for one year but present contract will be upto 31.3.2012. The posts are purely temporary and can be renewed on year to year basis on assessment of performance against deliverables specified in the contract. These posts are Project tied for National AIDS Control Programme Phase III – year 2007 to 2012. The remuneration is consolidated and no other allowance is admissible. The first three months of appointment will be the probation period during which the work and conduct will be assessed and in case of unsatisfactory performance the contract shall be terminated by the appointing authority without assigning any reason. In case of receipt of large no. of applications the applicants will be shortlisted based on merit and only eight candidates for each vacancy shall be called for written test/ interview. The service conditions shall be governed according to National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), MHFW, Govt. of India guidelines issued from time to time:-
